PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Paul Smith outpost in West Hollywood is a window-less block of a building, painted bright pink. The “pink wall”, as it’s known, is one of the most Instagrammed locations in the world. While it’s a great attraction for tourists and locals alike, the vast majority of selfie-takers never enter the store. I thought it’d be fun to play with that dichotomy by imagining a campaign in which the wall itself has messages for its visitors. I designed the first slide to establish the wall’s popularity and its official hashtag; the following slides are its messages.
